Conversion Rate Optimisation (CRO) is the the methodical testing of a process or element on a page in order to improve the rate at which visitors “convert” into leads and sales, or take any other type of desired action (e.g. signing up for your newsletter).
The better your conversions rates, the better your overall performance.
